EVO OUTDOOR RETURNS POLICY

At Evo Outdoor, we are committed to ensuring that our customers receive quality products crafted with British excellence. Our returns policy is designed to provide clarity and fairness while upholding our commitment to sustainable living and energy independence.

1. Scope of Policy

  • Products Covered:
    This policy applies to all products sold by Evo Outdoor, including our fully customised solar kits and related products. Please note that our services, including installation, are not covered under this returns policy.

2. Return Timeframe

  • 30-Day Window:
    Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery. Unfortunately, returns initiated after this period will not be accepted.

3. Conditions for Return

Returns are accepted only for the following reasons:

  • Defective Items:
    If a product is found to be faulty or not functioning as intended.
  • Shipping Damage:
    If a product arrives damaged due to issues during transit.

Return Conditions:

  • Direct Purchases:
    Customers who purchased directly from Evo Outdoor must return the item in its original packaging.
  • Installed Products:
    If Evo Outdoor has installed the product, please bring your vehicle to our facility for the removal of the item.

Please note that altered or modified products are not eligible for return.

4. Refund, Exchange, and Store Credit Options

  • Options Available:
    Provided the reason for the return is genuine and submitted in good faith, you may choose from:

    • Full Refunds
    • Store Credit
    • Product Exchanges
  • Restocking Fee:
    A restocking fee may be applied if the original packaging is missing or not included with the return.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility:
    All costs associated with the return shipping, or the transportation of your vehicle for the removal of the installed product, will be borne by the customer.

6. Exclusions and Special Cases

  • Bespoke Orders:
    Bespoke (custom) orders are non-returnable unless a critical safety issue is identified. In such cases, the item may be replaced.
  • Additional Exceptions:
    The following items are also not eligible for return:
    • Items that have been altered or modified after purchase.
    • Consumable accessories showing signs of wear or damage due to normal use.
    • Products returned outside of the 30-day window.
    • Items that have been misused or not maintained according to the manufacturer’s guidelines.
    • Any product that does not comply with the terms agreed upon at the time of purchase.
